Q Why does Medical Health Supply need my email address & phone number when I make a purchase?
 

Required information is required to properly place orders. In the event we should have a question pertaining to your order, we will first attempt to reach you by email. In the event that we are unable to contact you through email, we will contact you by telephone.

Q What payment methods do you accept?
 

Medical Health Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards online. To place a mail order , print out the mail order sheet . If you do not have a valid credit card, Medical Health Supply accepts certified checks and U.S. Postal money orders through the mail. Mail orders may take as much as two weeks to receive due to seasonal postal delays.

Q Can I place on order by mail or fax?
 

Yes. To mail in an order, print out and complete a Medical Health Supply Order Form. This Form can be retrieved on from the MedicalHealthSupply.com home page. In addition to accepting credit cards, Medical Health Supply also accepts Cashier Checks, and U.S. Postal Money Orders on mail orders. Make orders payable to Medical Health Supply.com. Because UPS shipping and handling charges may vary from state to state, fax orders to 1-877-988-9809 so that we can verify shipping charges.

Q When will my credit card be charged?
 

Credit cards are authorized at the time you place your order. Credit cards are charged when products are shipped.

Q Do you accept manufacturer coupons?
 

Our items are all heavily discounted off of retail prices. We make special offers and have our own promotional coupons that we offer to customers on a quarterly basis. If you would like to be alerted to our promotions, click on the Sign up for Promotions button from our homepage, and we will email coupons and discounts directly to your inbox. At this point in time we do not accept Manufacturer’s coupons.

Q How do I know if an items are out-of- stock?

 

At time of order, we send an email confirmation to confirm your shipment. We will immediately notify you if a specific item is on backorder. In the event that an item is on backorder or unavailable, our medical consultant will notify you by mail or phone to offer an alternative product that may better serve your immediate needs.

Q Do you send partial shipments?
 

In most cases items are in inventory; however, in the event of a back order, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of an estimated date of delivery. Partial shipments will be sent if appropriate.

Q Do I have to pay sales tax?
 

Many medical items are non- taxable in some states. Our automated tax system will accurately charge tax in accordance with specific state laws.

Q Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?
 

The fastest way to cancel an unprocessed order is to call or fax us with your order number, name and address and order information .. Because orders are processed and shipped quickly, UPS charges may be applied to your account when orders have been already shipped. If we have made a change to your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. When we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.

Q How can I track my order?
 

Tracking number will be provided automatically within 24 business hours of order shipment. You can track your shipment from the UPS web site using the tracking numbers. The UPS web site is: www.ups.com.

Each UPS box shipped has a unique carrier tracking number.

Q My order never arrived.
 

Be sure that all of the items on your order have shipped. You can determine this by viewing your order email confirmations. If your order has shipped, check with UPS to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each of your packages show a status of “delivered”, please contact UPS customer service for assistance. For UPS package services call 1-800-742-5877 or go to www.ups.com to check the status of your packages.

Q Where does Medical Health Supply ship to?
 

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Canada Only. At this point in time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q Do you ship to P. O. Boxes?
 

Because we utilize the services of UPS World Ship, we are unable to send supplies or equipment to P.O. Boxes or lock boxes.

Q What happens if I gave you the wrong shipping address?
 

Delivery to a non-existent address is the responsibility of the purchaser. If UPS returns the package(s) due to wrong street address or not matching recipients’ name as you provided in your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost in both directions. If a reship is requested, you will be responsible for the second shipping cost as well. Sometimes UPS will correct a wrong street address and charge a flat rate of $6 to correct the address. All packages with an incorrect address that UPS corrects will be subject to the $6 flat rate per package.

Q Can you ship my order to my place of work?
 

Yes, we can ship to your work place provided that the address is a street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Lock Boxes.

Q What are your Shipping & Delivery Methods?
 

In order to provide the best possible service we ship via UPS ground. UPS offers Next Day and Second Day shipments at an additional cost and these are available on request. Please call customer service for a quote on UPS Next Day or Second Day freight cost. The delivery terms and conditions once the package leaves our warehouse are the terms and conditions of the shipper. Medical Health Supply is not liable for delivery guarantees, lost packages, package markings and damaged packages; but can assist you in resolution of problems with the shipper.

We ship UPS ground. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Some larger packages do have an applicable 'Oversize' shipping charge based on UPS 'Oversize' criteria -see abbreviated list below.

Returns
Q What is Medical Health Supply’s return policy?
 

Our number one goal is to keep our customers satisfied. If a product is unused and can be returned in compliance to ACHC regulations, we will graciously accept returned products. To better understand which items are not returnable or non-refundable refer to question 39. Please note that items can also be returned due to damage resulting from shipping , or manufacturer defects.

Q How am I refunded in case of a return?
 

Your credit card will be credited if payment is made by credit card. If a return is made within 35 days. Return labels are provided in your order package.

Q Are some items non-returnable or nonrefundable?
 

Because Medical Health Supply sells Durable Medical Equipment , and subject to specific rules, and ACHC regulations, we are unable to accept certain items for return. Specifically, intimate apparel including, but not limited to stockings and incontinent pants, as well as bathroom & bedding products which are opened and used not returnable. Individual use items like surgical supplies, including items suchas cervical collars, trusses and braces are not returnable.

Q What are your hours of operation?
 

Our operators are available five days a week from 9-5 Eastern Standard Time. On weekends we are reachable online. Orders can be placed 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Products are shipped via UPS throughout the business week.

Q Do you provide insurance billing?
 

Patients with a coverable diagnosis, and valid prescription, can attach their prescription with our invoice and directly submit their paperwork to Medicare for specific medical items. Medicare does not generally cover many bathroom and bedroom safety products. Medical Health Supply does not guarantee reimbursement. Many durable medical products are not covered.

Q Are purchases taxable?
 

Medical Health Supply is a New York based company, and therefore, is legally bound to tax customers within New York State. It is important to note than most medical supplies are non-taxable within the State of New York. Taxable items are automatically flagged within our system , and the appropriate New York State taxes are automatically calculated where appropriate. Medical Health Supply is not allowed to tax consumers outside of New York State.
