Varicose Veins

Varicose veins are caused by inadequate valves in the veins which cause blood to pool. The veins can look red, purple or blue and bulge, causing damage to skin and severe cases ulcers. Varicose veins can by managed, but not cured.

Venus insufficiency is the insufficient blood flow through the veins.

Venus Ulcers

Venus ulcers are caused by incompetent valves in the veins which cause blood to pool. Chronic swelling interferes with oxygen supply and nutrition to the skin. Skin fragility can lead to an open wound in the skin which is called an ulcer.
